Warranty policy

Hydrotech 3D Chennai, a trusted distributor of 3D printers, spares and consumables. We understand that sometimes issues may arise with the products purchased. We ensure that our dedicated team is here to facilitate the replacement of parts and ensure your satisfaction. All warranties are provided in accordance with the guidelines set by the manufacturers. The final decision regarding warranty coverage and replacement of parts lies with the manufacturers. If you encounter any issues with a defective, damaged, or non-operable product, Hydrotech 3D Chennai will facilitate the replacement of parts under the manufacturer's warranty.  Please note that once the products are delivered, they cannot be returned.

 

Warranty Coverage Limitations

The warranty does not apply to the following:

• Products without solid proof of purchase.

• Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to misuse, misinstallation, abuse, abnormal voltage, water, fire, transport accident, and other external causes.

• Damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modifications, operations that did not follow instructional recommendations.

• Products purchased from an unauthorized seller and damage caused by non-authorized service providers.

• No Warranty for resin, FEP/PFA(nfep)/ACF flim, nozzle, Vat screws, pei sheet, ptfe tube and tools
