Return Policy

If you find any damage to the product upon receipt, please contact  us within 7 days to report the problem and provide an unboxing video as evidence. Hydrotech will provide product replacement/refund based on the information obtained. If no unboxing video is provided Hydrotech will provide warranty repair service.

 Please request for return with clear reason  to hydrotech3dchennai@gmail.com.  All the communication shall to be done via e-mail only. Return is accepted only for defective/dead/damaged upon arrival . 

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled​

Non-DOA products cannot be exchanged

The request for return is reviewed by Hydrotech3dchennai and we may approve or reject or request for more details about the issue.

Once the request is approved pack the product in original packing, with your order number and courier/post to the following address:

Refund

Refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days after returning the product. Notification will be sent by email. Amount will be refunded to the source account.

​refund is provided only for damaged/dead on arrival.
