Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. We do not provide credits or refunds  for any products purchased.

Should you receive a defective or damaged product, please help us with a picture of the damage along with a description

If product received is defective/ damaged / non-operable it will be covered under manufacturer warranty and we will facilitate the replacement of the parts by involing the warranty clause as laid down by each manufacturer in their terms and conditions or warranty clause. But we don't accept refund/return/replacement of printer once we have processed the order.
