Bambu Lab P2S

With the P2S, Bambu Lab is now taking the success of the legendary P series to a whole new level with a powerful second-generation 3D printer that combines innovation, user-friendliness and premium technology in a compact device.

The P2S has been developed from scratch and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including the DynaSense extruder and the Active Airflow System, inspired by the high-end H2D series. With automatic flow dynamic calibration, the P2S ensures flawless print quality, even without manual tuning. The 5-inch touch display with the new, intuitive second-generation user interface and full HD live camera makes every interaction fluid, modern and precise!

A new, powerful interface featuring smooth animations, clear step-by-step instructions, and lightning-fast response times provides an intuitive, professional-grade user experience.

PMSM servo extruder

The newly developed PMSM servo extruder sets new standards in terms of control and flow stability. With an extrusion force of up to 8.5 kg - around 70 % more than its predecessor - it masters even large quantities of material effortlessly without losing precision. The self-developed servo architecture scans the resistance and position of the filament 20,000 times per second (20 kHz) and recognises grinding or clogging problems in real time. The result: smooth material flow, fewer interruptions and consistently perfect layers - even with demanding high-flow prints.

Automatic flow dynamics calibration

A precise eddy current sensor measures the die pressure in real time and intelligently adjusts the flow rate. The result: uniform extrusion across all layers and perfect dimensional accuracy.

AI-powered error detection

Thanks to integrated computer vision technology, the P2S identifies common printing errors such as stringing or blobbing. It also automatically checks whether the build plate settings match the surface selected in the slicer.

Adaptive airflow technology

The innovative cooling system utilises direct air intake from outside rather than recirculating warm chamber air. This significantly improves the cooling performance, so that even with the door closed, low-melting-point materials can be printed without any problems and without any loss of quality due to overhangs.

Adaptive heat-preserving airflow system

For high-temperature filaments such as ABS or PA, the system utilises flap-controlled heat regulation. The air in the printing chamber remains warm constantly, while a high-performance activated carbon filter continuously circulates purified air - ideal for technical applications with clean room air!

1080-pixel high-rate live view camera

The integrated full HD camera with improved LED illumination offers razor-sharp live views and impressive time-lapse recordings. This allows you to monitor the printing process perfectly, even from a distance.
